Cancellation Policy
Guest Rights

Cancellation by the Guest: Guests have the right to cancel their ticket or request a refund up to October 29th, 2024, which is 5 days before the event. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after this date.

Refund Process: If a valid cancellation is made by the guest within the designated time, a full refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days.
In the event of a cancellation and refund, guests may be asked to provide a legal and working IBAN number to facilitate the transfer. The refund will cover the total amount of tickets purchased.
Organiser's Rights

Cancellation by EUDAIMONIA: As the event organiser, we reserve the right to cancel the event due to the following reasons:

Venue Issues: If the venue becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances such as operational problems or double bookings.

Severe Weather: Adverse weather conditions that compromise the safety and feasibility of the event, particularly for outdoor events.

Key Vendor or Performer Cancellation: If a critical vendor, performer, or sponsor withdraws unexpectedly and cannot be replaced in time.

Safety Concerns: Any potential safety threat or incident that endangers attendees, staff, or performers.

Organiser Cancellation Deadline: We reserve the right to cancel the event by October 31st, 2024, which is 3 days before the event.

Full Refund: If EUDAIMONIA cancels the event for any reason, all guests will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed and issued within 10 business days from the date of cancellation.
In case of a refund, guests may be asked to provide a valid IBAN number to facilitate the transfer of the refund.
